Little Mountain montessori
Formed in 2014 by partners Hannah Harriman (School Director) and Aislinn Thomas (Curriculum Director), Little Mountain Montessori has served the neighborhood of Queen Anne as a Children’s House for ages 2.5 - 5+. Following a transition to a new campus with increased space, LMM continues to serve Queen Anne as well as both Magnolia and Ballard with two preschool classes (ages 2.5 - 5+), two Toddler classes (ages 18m - 30m), and one Infant class (ages 3m - 18m).
Located at 3257 16th Ave W, the new campus is well suited for family pick-up/drop-off, one block from W Dravis St and 15th Ave W in Interbay. Designated parking and pick-up/drop-off access will be available, and LMM’s campus and property is both gated for safety and a short walk to our local park.
Commencement & Schedule
Little Mountain Montessori’s 2024-2025 Preschool and Preschool Prep programming is currently in session. As our Toddler and Infant programs are due to commence within February 2025, we are still accepting Waitpool applications and making offers for Queue in these upcoming classes.
Little Mountain Montessori is a 12 month education program, offering a standard day (8am - 3pm) and an extended day class schedule (8am - 6pm). LMM follows the Seattle Public School schedule day-to-day regarding calendar holidays and inclement weather adjustments. Tuition & Next Steps
Monthly tuition for a Standard Day (8am - 3pm) Preschool student (2.5yr - 5yr+) is $1,980/month, for both Summer & Regular school curriculum and care (Drop-off starts at 7:45).
Monthly tuition for an Extended Day (8am - 6pm) Preschool student (2.5yr - 5yr+) is $2,400/month, for both Summer & Regular school curriculum and care (Drop-off starts at 7:45).
Monthly tuition for a Standard Day (8am - 3pm) Toddler student (18m - 30m) is $2,350/month, for both Summer & Regular school curriculum and care (Drop-off starts at 7:45).
Monthly tuition for an Extended Day (8am - 6pm) Toddler student (18m - 30m) is $2,850/month, for both Summer & Regular school curriculum and care (Drop-off starts at 7:45).
Monthly tuition for an Infant student (2.5yr - 5yr+) is $2,400/month, for both Summer & Regular school curriculum and care (Drop-off starts at 7:45, pick-up by 6pm).
*A 5% Sibling Subsidy will be applied to the eldest of students enrolled.
Waitpool applications require a $150 processing fee, and offers for Queue (preemptive secured positions, when offered) require student’s first month’s tuition and enrollment documentation, via Brightwheel link sent to you electronically.

Note: Tuition experiences a once-yearly inflationary increase of 3-5%, next announced for fall of 2025.
A late pick-up fee will be applied @ $1 per minute following a 5 minute grace.
